Consumer have a fourteen-day right to cancellation.
Right to Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or an agent designated by you and who is not the carrier, have/has taken possession of the goods.
In order for you to exercise your right to cancellation, you have to notify us (Tourisim GmbH, Pflanzstr. 40, 45359 Essen, Germany, firstname.lastname@example.org, phone: 020161231560) unequivocally (e.g. via a letter sent by mail, a fax or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may optionally use the attached cancellation template for this purpose.
Sending the notification regarding your exercise of the right to cancellation before the end of the cancellation period will suffice.
Consequences of Cancellation
Once you cancel this contract, we are obligated to refund all payments received by you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred by your selection of a different delivery method than the standard delivery offered by us) without delay and latest within fourteen days from the day on which we have received your notification of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment for the refund that was used for the original payment transaction, unless explicitly agreed with you otherwise; we will never charge you any administrative fees for this refund. We may refuse refund until we have received the goods return or until you supply proof that the goods are being returned, depending on which event occurs earlier.
You must return or hand back the goods to us without delay and in any case latest fourteen days after the day on which you have notified us of the cancellation of this contract. The time limit is satisfied if you send off the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You are responsible for the immediate costs of return. You will only be responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is the result of unnecessary handling of the goods beyond reasonable testing of their condition, properties and function.
